There is a severe lack of community between schools in Ohio's speech and debate circuit. Competitors avoid friendships across teams, hurting smaller schools from accessing resources and opportunities offered to larger schools. The Ohio Chapter provides an inclusive community accessible to everyone across the Buckeye State, spreading high-quality resources to uplift all debaters and unites them beyond their school of origin. The Equality in Forensics community is one where all students can contribute to something bigger than themselves, prioritizing supportive collaboration over selective cliques.
