Zayaan is a junior at Okemos High School in Michigan, where he serves as Varsity Captain of the debate team and competes in Policy Debate.

Prior to becoming Outreach Director, Zayaan served as Policy Debate Lead for the Resources Center, where he developed instructional materials, created resources in case construction and strategy, and helped coordinate research support for competitive rounds.

In his capacity as Outreach Director, he leads Equality in Forensics' marketing campaigns at NSDA Nationals, the Equality in Forensics newsletter, and more. Zayaan leads a team in creating short-form content on social media platforms, including sustained growth on TikTok and Instagram.
