Sebastian is a junior at American Heritage (Palm Beach) High School in Florida, where he serves as VP of Competition of one of the nation's top speech and debate teams and competes in Congressional Debate.
Since leading the Intermediate Lab as one of Equality in Forensics' most successful coaches, Sebastian has continued to head a number of Congressional Debate programs for Equality in Forensics. He led the inaugural Congress Champions Lab, coaching multiple students to national finals appearances while hosting some of Equality in Forensics' largest scrimmages and office hours programs. Meanwhile, he's continued to expand the nation's largest collection of free Congressional Debate resources.
As Debate Director, Sebastian directs and leads the Resource Centers in Congressional and World Schools Debate events, including the creation of weekly World Schools Debate Motions in collaboration with the Deputy Director of World Schools Debate. He also leads staff recruitment across all NSDA debate events and runs the Congress division of the Summer Camp and all other debate programs ran by Equality in Forensics.
