Liam is a junior at Highland Park High School in Illinois, where he serves as VP of Coaching and Strategy of the debate team and competes in Congressional Debate.

After joining the Congress Coaching program as a student in 2024, Liam helped expand the Illinois Chapter through tournament outreach and community meetings. He briefly served as Secretary of the Illinois Chapter after leading it to ratification until he was promoted to the Executive Board. As Chapters Director, Liam led all 30 regional chapters of Equality in Forensics through localized expansion and outreach initiatives, oversaw the ratification of new chapters by appointing (or running elections for) chapter leadership, and maintained high levels of engagement within chapter communities.

As Co-Operations Director, Liam is in charge of reviewing and interviewing applicants to the national staff team and conducting outreach for the nonprofit's various initiatives and programs. He also manages the organization's human resources across more than 800 volunteers and tracks data on the organization's programs and resources.
