Ethan Wilkes

Some of my accomplishments include winning Yale, winning Sunvite, 4th at Bronx, 7th at NSDA nationals, 5th at Stanford, Blue Key finals, Emory Finals, UT Finals, 2nd at Nova Titan, and semis at TOC twice. I have a total of 21 TOC bids in congress.

Lindsey Grover

Hey, my name is Lindsey and I am currently a student at the University of Florida! In congressional debate, I have been a semifinalist and finalist in multiple state and national tournaments, most notably getting 13th at NCFL nationals, semifinalling NSDA nats, and placing 4th at FFL varsity states. I have such a passion for debate as a sport, and plan on being a debate coach for a few years after graduating college. I also have prior experience coaching at camps so I am always glad to help.

Nicholas Ostheimer

Hi, my name is Nicholas Ostheimer. I'm a sophomore, and have competed in congressional debate for 4 years. I have earned 4 bids at Princeton, Sunvite, Stanford Palm Classic, and Harvard. In my freshman year, I qualified to NCFL, NSDA nationals, and to the UK TOC. In congress, I placed 10th at the Florida FFL state championship. As the president of my school's speech and debate team, I've been coaching middle and high schoolers in various speech and debate events since 2019.

Joey Rubas

Hi, my name is Joey! I'm currently a student at the University of Virginia. I competed in Congressional debate for four years, serving as Captain of Naperville Central's debate team for the last two. In my time competing, I placed 5th at the TOC, 2nd at Sunvite 2021, 6th at Glenbrooks, 2nd at the New York City invitational, championed the Blue Key Round Robin, 4th at Illinois State 2021 and 2022 and finaled at Harvard, Yale, Emory, Sunvite 2022 and UT Austin. Since then, I've coached at four different volunteer camps. I love the analytical and strategy end of Congress, and I'm excited to work with students to build up a complete view of what it takes to succeed in a round, and how strategic thinking can help get you there.
